In Honduras, the National Basic Curriculum (CNB), Secretaría de Educación de Honduras (2003) demands that physical education contributes to the comprehensive training of students; currently there is a lack of studies in support of the methodological stylistics of integral teaching in this subject. With the “Student Questionnaire to observe and evaluate the class in University Teachers of Physical Education”, CUEDUFIS (in Spanish), applied to a non-probabilistic sample of 838 students, revealed the prevalence of Physical Education teaching styles in Public Universities in Honduras; from the Traditional Methodology (TM) and/or Integral Formative Approach (IFA), according to López and Moreno (2000). 538 students identified the style with IFA, 252 observed the style with a tendency to IFA, 45 perceived the style with a trend between IFA and TM; three the style with trend to TM. None identified the TM.
